Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruitment & Operations Executive with over 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end IT recruitment along with supporting operational tasks. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume IT hiring while ensuring smooth HR and operational processes.

Responsibility

IT Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including developers, testers, system admins, and other technical positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and IT candidate databases.

Operations

  • Support HR and operational processes, including data management, reporting, and employee onboarding.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and coordination with internal teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Primary: IT recruitment, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, technical role hiring, full-cycle recruitment.
  • Secondary: HR operations, Employee Engagement, data management, onboarding, reporting, process coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
  • MBA
  • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, sourcing techniques, and technical skill assessment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume IT recruitment along with operational responsibilities.
